Most therapists learn about anxiety and trauma from a textbook. I learned it by living it – and then by resolving it. That difference is the foundation of everything I do, and the reason my clients feel change from the very first session.
My story
I spent over a decade believing this was just how I was going to feel – until one session proved me wrong.
For more than ten years, I lived with significant anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and depression. I did the work. I invested in psychology sessions, mental health retreats, self-development programs, and more strategies than I can count. Many gave me insight. I understood exactly why I felt the way I did.
But understanding it didn't change it. I was still anxious, still triggered, still exhausted from holding it all together.
Then a single session of the work I now practise did something nothing else had. It resolved the anxiety response that had controlled my life for years – not managed it, not softened it. Resolved it.
"That moment became my obsession: why do some approaches create insight, while others create genuine, lasting change?"
Answering that question became my entire practice. Today I help women create the same rapid, lasting shifts in anxiety, self-esteem, and emotional regulation that I found – using the methods that finally worked, refined over years of training and hundreds of client outcomes.
I understand what it feels like to suffer, what it feels like when nothing seems to work, and the profound difference between coping and recovery. I have walked the path I now guide you through.

Why the results are different
The strongest evidence isn't a certificate on my wall – it's how quickly and completely my clients change. Here's what makes that possible.
Most practitioners learn about anxiety and trauma from a textbook. I learned it the hard way – over a decade of anxiety, PTSD symptoms, and depression, trying everything before one session finally created the change nothing else had.
Why this matters to youI know what it feels like to suffer, what it feels like when nothing works, and the real difference between coping and actually recovering. I've walked the exact path I now guide you through.
98% of clients feel a shift in their very first session – lighter, calmer, clearer, with the anxiety and triggers already easing. It doesn't mean everything is solved at once. It means you'll know, quickly, that it's working.
Why this matters to youYou won't spend months wondering whether therapy is helping. You'll feel the difference almost straight away.
I hold Master-level qualifications in NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Life & Success Coaching – and beyond the certificates, I keep investing in advanced training, supervision, and refinement. My goal is simple: to be better every year than I was the last.
Why this matters to youYou're not getting dated techniques. You're working with someone genuinely committed to being excellent at this.
I was trained by people whose own mentors worked directly with the original creators of NLP – an extraordinary lineage. A lot of what I use day to day simply isn't taught widely.
Why this matters to youThe methods you'll experience have been developed, tested, and refined through some of the most respected practitioners in the field.
So many of my clients arrive after years of traditional therapy. They understand exactly why they feel the way they do – and they still feel anxious, triggered, and stuck. Insight is valuable. But change is better. My work creates new responses, beliefs, and patterns – and it happens fast.
Why this matters to youThe goal isn't just understanding the problem. The goal is for it to actually be gone.
I've gathered more than 30 five-star Google reviews. In most industries that's ordinary. In therapy it's rare – most people would rather not say they sought help at all. So when clients choose to leave a public review, it tells you something real.
Why this matters to youIndependent, genuine social proof is one of the strongest signals of trust and real results you can find.
Not everything is purely emotional. If I think hormones, menopause, a neurological factor, medication, or something else might be playing a part, I'll tell you. The emotional work still helps enormously – but sometimes a little extra support is needed too.
Why this matters to youI care about getting you the best possible outcome – not about making promises I can't keep.
The most powerful practitioners bring two things: real professional skill, and real personal experience. I bring both. I understand the science and the techniques – and I know exactly what it feels like to be sitting where you are right now.
Why this matters to youYou won't just feel understood. You'll feel genuinely seen.
Qualifications
Credentials matter, and I've got them. But to me they're the starting point, not the headline – what actually changes your life is the speed and depth of the work itself.
I'm also qualified to help with plenty beyond this – fears, phobias, confidence, habits, and more. But specialising is a deliberate choice: my practice is dedicated to anxiety, self-esteem, and emotional regulation in women.
A note from Sarah
"I'm not interested in teaching you how to cope. My singular focus is your total and lasting recovery – and my personal mission is for you to feel real relief by the end of your very first session. You've been managing for long enough."
