UNDERSTAND

THE CAUSE

The first goal is to ​identify the root cause of your panic attacks.

 

I will start the appointment by collecting a broad range of  information that will highlight possible contributing factors.

 

I will ask you for information about your symptoms, triggers, and if you have an idea of where your anxiety and/or panic attacks began.

DO THE

CHANGE WORK

Next, I will run you through a simple therapeutic process, kind of like a visualisation, that will assist your brain to make changes neurologically, and at a subconscious level, where your overactive 'fight-flight-freeze response originates.

 

You will exchange the panic-response program your brain has been running, for another, more appropriate response program (as determined by you - not me).

No medication is required. And you will remain completely conscious and in control at all times.

Before you even leave the room, I will run you through another simple process to ensure the treatment has been effective.

My goal is to ensure you have achieved a significant and notable shift by the end of your appointment that will dramatically reduce the severity and frequency of your panic attacks.
