Confidence & Self-Esteem · Online Worldwide

Low self-worth isn't a personality trait.
It's a learned belief.

Rebuild genuine self-trust – in sessions, not years

Somewhere along the way, you absorbed the idea that you're not quite enough. It isn't true – and it isn't permanent. I work at the level where that belief actually lives, so confidence becomes who you are, not something you have to perform. Rapid, lasting, and online worldwide.

What I work with

Low self-esteem shows up in many ways.

It rarely announces itself as "low confidence." It hides in your habits, your relationships, and the quiet things you tell yourself – but the root, and the way through, is the same.

A relentless inner critic

The voice that's never satisfied – magnifying every mistake and dismissing every win as luck or not enough.

People-pleasing

Saying yes when you mean no, managing everyone's feelings, and shrinking yourself to keep others comfortable.

Perfectionism

Impossibly high standards, fear of getting it wrong, and the exhaustion of never feeling you've done quite enough.

Imposter syndrome

Capable and accomplished on paper, yet privately certain you'll be found out as not good enough.

Self-doubt & indecision

Second-guessing every choice, seeking constant reassurance, and struggling to trust your own judgement.

Difficulty with boundaries

Over-giving, over-explaining, and feeling guilty the moment you put your own needs first.

Fear of judgement

Holding back, staying quiet, and avoiding visibility because of what others might think of you.

Comparison & "not enough"

Measuring yourself against everyone else and always coming up short, no matter what you achieve.

Self-sabotage

Getting close to what you want, then quietly undoing it – because part of you doesn't believe you deserve it.

Difficulty receiving

Brushing off compliments, downplaying success, and finding it hard to accept care, praise, or help.

Lost sense of self

Feeling disconnected from who you are, what you want, and what you need – especially after years of putting others first.

Shame & self-blame

A deep, persistent sense that something is fundamentally wrong with you – even when nothing is.

However long you've felt this way – this is a pattern, not who you are.

Is this right for you?

Who I work with best.

My approach isn't for everyone – and I'd rather be honest about that. Here's how to know if it's the right fit for you.

This is for you if…
  • You're capable and accomplished, yet privately feel you're never quite enough
  • You've read the books and done the affirmations, but the self-doubt is still there
  • You're ready to actually change the belief – not just talk yourself around it
  • You want genuine, lasting self-trust, not performed confidence
  • You're looking for a private, premium approach without waitlists or referrals
× It may not be the fit if…
  • Your difficulties are primarily driven by a medical or neurological condition
  • You're in acute crisis and need immediate clinical or psychiatric care
  • You're looking for ongoing, open-ended talk therapy rather than resolution
  • You're not quite ready to make a change right now – and that's okay

Not sure where you sit? That's exactly what the free consult is for. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help – and if I'm not the right person, I'll point you toward who is.

The science

Why positive thinking has never fixed it.

The usual advice is to think more positively – repeat affirmations, list your strengths, "just believe in yourself." It's well-meaning. But it almost never holds, and here's why.

Self-worth isn't a conscious thought you can argue with. It's an identity-level belief, formed early and stored beneath conscious awareness. So a part of you can recite "I am enough" while a deeper part flatly refuses to believe it.

That's why I don't work at the level of affirmations. I work directly with the belief underneath them – updating the story you hold about yourself at its root, so confidence becomes a default state rather than a daily battle.

See exactly why this works
The conscious mind
What You Tell Yourself
Affirmations, logic, pep talks – the level most advice works at. It can describe a better belief, but it can't install one underneath.

The subconscious mind
What You Actually Believe
The identity-level belief about your worth – where self-esteem truly lives, and where my work goes directly.

“You can say 'I am enough' a thousand times. If the belief underneath says otherwise, the belief wins. That's the gap affirmations can't bridge.”

What to expect

What a session actually involves.

A truly different approach – with the vast majority of clients feeling a meaningful shift in how they see themselves within the first session. In sessions, not years.

01
Find the root belief

We trace it to the source

We start gently – the patterns, the situations where the self-doubt bites hardest, and where the belief first took hold. Because we work with the subconscious, you can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. You're in control, always.

02
Do the change work

We update the belief

I guide you through a gentle, structured process – a little like a guided visualisation – that helps your mind release the old "not enough" story and settle into a truer, steadier sense of your own worth. You stay fully conscious throughout.

03
Test the results

We prove it landed

Before you leave the session, I take you through a process to confirm the shift has taken hold – so you don't just hope it's different, you feel it. For most, a few sessions create a powerful, lasting change.

Why work with me

The difference you'll actually feel.

Lived experience

I've been where you are

I didn't learn about self-doubt from a textbook. I spent years believing I wasn't enough – and changed it at the root. I understand the weight of it, and what real self-trust feels like on the other side.

Results, not reframing

A new belief, not a better pep talk

I'm not here to teach you to manage the inner critic. My singular focus is genuine, lasting change – updating the belief at its source so confidence is simply who you are.

Trauma-informed

A safe place to heal

Low self-worth often has roots in early experiences. My approach creates a safe, judgement-free space to heal – without the risk of re-living or re-traumatising what shaped it.

No waitlist · No referrals

Begin when you're ready

Private practice means no GP referral and no Medicare waitlist. And because clients resolve things quickly, I often have near-term availability. You can begin when the timing is right for you.

The real question

What is the self-doubt already costing you?

Most people focus on the cost of getting help. But not feeling enough has a price too – one you've been quietly paying for a long time.

The opportunities you talk yourself out of. The things you don't say. The relationships where you give and give and never quite ask. The version of your life that stays just out of reach because part of you doesn't believe you deserve it.

The question isn't whether you can afford to change it. It's how much longer you're willing to pay the cost of not.

Simple, transparent investment

What it costs to change it.

No packages to decode, no hidden fees. Just clear, honest pricing for work designed to be done in weeks, not years.

Before you book

Your questions, answered.

How is this different from seeing a psychologist?
A psychologist typically works with your conscious thoughts – helping you understand and reframe your self-doubt. I work at the level beneath that, with the subconscious belief actually driving how you see yourself. That's why the change tends to be faster and more lasting. Most of my clients come to me after therapy that helped them understand their self-doubt, but never resolved it.
Will affirmations finally start working after this?
The point is that you won't need them in the same way. Affirmations try to talk over a belief; my work changes the belief itself. When the underlying story about your worth updates, confidence stops being something you have to manufacture and starts being something you simply feel.
Do I have to relive my past or share painful details?
Not at all. Because we work with the subconscious rather than re-analysing the past, you can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. My approach is specifically designed to create change without re-traumatising you.
What if I've felt this way my whole life?
That's exactly who this work is for. A belief feeling lifelong doesn't make it true or fixed – it just means it's been running a long time. The length of time you've held it doesn't determine how long it takes to change it. Often, deeply held patterns shift surprisingly quickly once we work at the right level.
How many sessions will I need?
Your program is six structured sessions. This isn't open-ended therapy that stretches on for years – the work is designed to create the shift and have you on your way. We'll map out a bespoke plan together at your consult so you know what to expect before you begin.
Do I need a GP referral or a mental health plan?
No. This is a private practice, so there's no referral required and no Medicare waitlist to navigate. You can book directly, and because clients resolve things quickly, I often have near-term availability.
Is real confidence actually something you can change this fast?
I understand the scepticism – especially if you've felt this way for years. But rapid doesn't mean superficial. Because the work updates the belief at its source rather than coaching you to act confident, lasting change genuinely can happen in a handful of sessions. I've seen it in hundreds of clients, and I lived it myself.
